  RESTRICTION OF FLYING REGULATIONS: BIRMINGHAM PRIDE 2021, 25 - 27 SEPTEMBER 2021

Birmingham Pride 2021 will be held in Birmingham City Centre between 25 and 27 September 2021. The Secretary of State for Transport, on advice from West Midlands Police, has decided that it is necessary to introduce Restriction of Flying Regulations under Article 239 of the Air Navigation Order 2016.

THESE RESTRICTIONS OF FLYING DO NOT APPLY TO MANNED AIRCRAFT

Subject to paragraph 3 below, between 0600 HRS on 25 September and 0300 HRS on 27 September 2021 no unmanned aircraft is to fly below 800 FT AMSL within the area bounded by a circle having a radius of 0.5 NM whose centre is at 522835N 0015347W.
Paragraph 2 does not apply to any unmanned aircraft flying in accordance with a permission issued by:
