  RESTRICTION OF FLYING REGULATIONS: MUSIC FESTIVAL SITES, 26 AUGUST – 20 SEPTEMBER 2021

Restricted Areas (Temporary) are established at selected locations in the United Kingdom where Music Festivals are taking place to protect the large numbers of persons attending the events. The Secretary of State for Transport has decided that it is necessary, on the grounds of safety and security, to introduce Restriction of Flying Regulations under Article 239 of the Air Navigation Order 2016 to restrict the operation of unmanned aircraft at certain festival sites between 26 August and 20 September 2021 (restrictions of flying regulations at other festival sites may be notified in other Aeronautical Information Circulars and/or by NOTAM).

THESE RESTRICTIONS OF FLYING DO NOT APPLY TO MANNED AIRCRAFT

CREAMFIELDS FESTIVAL, NEAR DARESBURY, CHESHIRE, 26 - 30 AUGUST 2021

Subject to paragraph 3, between 0800 HRS on 26 August and 1600 HRS on 30 August 2021, no unmanned aircraft system is to fly below 1280 FT AMSL within the area bounded by a circle having a radius of 0.9 NM whose centre is at 532036N 0023707W (Daresbury, Warrington).
Paragraph 2 does not apply to any unmanned aircraft system operating with the permission of the Festival Airspace Co-Ordinator via 0330-2210662.

CLAPHAM COMMON CONCERTS, CLAPHAM COMMON, LONDON, 27 - 30 AUGUST 2021

Subject to paragraph 5, between 1000 HRS on 27 August and 2200 HRS on 30 August 2021, no unmanned aircraft system is to fly below 1000 FT AMSL within the area bounded by a circle having a radius of 0.3 NM whose centre is at 512729N 0000854W (Clapham Common, London).
Paragraph 4 does not apply to any unmanned aircraft system operating with the permission of the Festival Airspace Co-Ordinator via 0330-2210662.

WIRELESS FESTIVAL, CRYSTAL PALACE PARK, LONDON, 10 – 12 SEPTEMBER 2021

Subject to paragraph 7, between 1000 HRS on 10 September and 2200 HRS on 12 September 2021, no unmanned aircraft system is to fly below 1380 FT AMSL within the area bounded by a circle having a radius of 0.4 NM whose centre is at 512520N 0000421W (Crystal Palace, London).
Paragraph 6 does not apply to any unmanned aircraft system operating with the permission of the Festival Airspace Co-Ordinator via 0330-2210662.

PARK LIFE FESTIVAL, HEATON PARK, MANCHESTER, 10 – 12 SEPTEMBER 2021

Subject to paragraph 9, between 1000 HRS on 10 September and 2200 HRS on 11 September 2021, no unmanned aircraft system is to fly below 1340 FT AMSL within the area bounded by a circle having a radius of 0.3 NM whose centre is at 533141N 0021531W (Heaton Park, Warrington).
Paragraph 8 does not apply to any unmanned aircraft system operating with the permission of the Festival Airspace Co-Ordinator via 0330-2210662.

CREAM CLASSICAL CONCERTS, PIER HEAD, LIVERPOOL, 16 – 19 SEPTEMBER 2021

10 Subject to paragraph 11, between 1000 HRS on 16 September and 2200 HRS on 19 September 2021, no unmanned aircraft system is to fly below 1300 FT AMSL within the area bounded by straight lines joining successively the following points 532429N 0030025W – 532435N 0025950W – 532408N 0025932W – 532401N 0030008W – 532429N 0030025W (Royal Liver Building, Liverpool).
11 Paragraph 10 does not apply to any unmanned aircraft system operating with the permission of the Festival Airspace Co-Ordinator via 0330-2210662.

ISLE OF WIGHT FESTIVAL, 16 - 20 SEPTEMBER 2021

12 Subject to paragraph 13, between 0400 HRS on 16 September and 1400 HRS on 20 September 2021, no unmanned aircraft system is to fly below 2500 FT AMSL within the area bounded by a circle having a radius of 2 NM whose centre is at 504318N 0011557W.
13 Paragraph 12 does not apply to any unmanned aircraft system operating with the permission of the Festival Airspace Co-Ordinator via 0330-2210662.
