The Cosby, Victory Airshow will take place between 3 and 5 September 2021. A large number of aircraft will be involved in high-energy manoeuvres there during the notified period. The Secretary of State for Transport has decided that it is necessary to introduce Restriction of Flying Regulations under Article 239 of the Air Navigation Order 2016.
Subject to paragraph 3, no aircraft is to fly below 3,700 FT AMSL within the area of a circle radius of 3.5 NM centred at 523314N 0011234W (Cosby) between:
  1. 1800 hours and 2000 hours on 3 September; and

  2. 1100 hours and 1630 hours on 4 and 5 September 2021.

Paragraph 2 does not apply to any aircraft -
  1. flying in accordance with a permission issued by the Cosby flying display director;

  2. flying in accordance with prior permission issued by the aerodrome.

The times mentioned in paragraph 2 are Co-ordinated Universal Time (UTC), which is one hour behind British Summer Time.
