  RESTRICTION OF FLYING REGULATIONS - TYNWALD DAY 6 JULY 2020

The Tynwald Day Ceremony takes place at St. Johns, Isle of Man on Monday 6 July 2020. By reason of the intended gathering of a large number of persons, the Isle of Man Department for Enterprise has deemed it necessary to introduce the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Tynwald Day) Regulations under Article 92 of the Air Navigation (Isle of Man) Order 2015.
Between 0900 hours and 1200 hours (UTC) on 6 July 2020, an aircraft shall not fly below 2500 FT AMSL within the area of a circle having a radius of 2 NM whose centre is at 541213N 0043832W (St. Johns, Isle of Man) except where that aircraft is flying with the permission of the Isle of Man Civil Aviation Administration.
The operation of Small Unmanned Aircraft is not permitted within the airspace defined above.
